We accept payments in advance through bank transfer or any other payment methods specified at checkout.
4. Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we deliver locally in Kuwait within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be processed the next day.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery takes approximately 14 days from the date of dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns, but exchanges are allowed in the following cases:
- If the item received is damaged or defective.
- If the item received is different from what you ordered.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for exchange requests.
7. Do you offer discounts for bulk/wholesale orders?
